The Life Guide Residency & Certification Program

🌿 PURPOSE

To prepare mature Life Guides to live, serve, and lead within a Healing Haven environment — and to graduate into independent stewardship by opening a Haven of their own.
This stage is where learning becomes embodied life practice and service becomes a way of being.

🏡 WHAT IS THE LIFE GUIDE RESIDENCY?

The Residency Program is an immersive period of co-living, service, and mentorship within an established Healing Haven.
It bridges the gap between training and full leadership, offering real-world experience in holding space, guiding individuals, and co-creating community.

Length: Typically 3–12 months (flexible based on readiness).
Structure: Two Life Guides (or a guide pair and one guest) form the living nucleus of each Haven.
Focus: Presence, routine, co-regulation, creativity, and service.

🌸 DAILY LIFE IN RESIDENCY

Morning Practice (2 hours)

  • Shared breathwork, meditation, movement, and prayer.

  • Reflection on the day’s intention: “How can I be love in action today?”

Midday Practice (3–4 hours)

  • Service work: cooking, gardening, building, facilitating groups, or assisting guests.

  • Rotational leadership — residents take turns guiding daily practices.

Afternoon & Evening (2–3 hours)

  • One-on-one sessions or group sharing circles.

  • Evening fire or sauna ritual for integration and reflection.

Weekly Rhythm:

  • 1 day of silence and rest ~ The Sabbath

  • 1 creative service day (music, art, nature immersion).

  • 1 mentorship check-in with senior guide.

🌿 CURRICULUM THEMES

1. Embodied Leadership

Learning to lead from heart, not ego — cultivating humility, presence, and authenticity.
Guides model the qualities they teach: calmness, kindness, consistency.

2. Holding Sacred Space

Creating environments that feel emotionally and energetically safe.
From lighting and music to tone and timing — every detail communicates love.

3. Guided Facilitation

Leading breathwork, meditation, movement, and sharing circles with clarity and compassion.
Guides learn to sense group energy, pace, and boundaries intuitively.

4. Conflict & Communication

Healthy communication is central to every Healing Haven.
Residents practice conscious dialogue: listening fully, speaking truthfully, resolving tension with love.

5. Co-Creation & Stewardship

Guides learn sustainable systems for Haven life — scheduling, budgeting, meal planning, and community agreements — merging practical structure with spiritual flow.

🪶 MENTORSHIP COMPONENT

Each resident is paired with a Senior Life Guide Mentor who:

  • Holds weekly private sessions for reflection and integration.

  • Observes facilitation and offers constructive feedback.

  • Supports the resident’s journey toward independence and self-trust.

Mentorship is the heartbeat of the Life Guide lineage — wisdom passed through presence, not instruction.

🔥 CERTIFICATION CRITERIA

To become a Certified Life Guide, each resident must demonstrate:

  1. Emotional maturity and regulation under stress.

  2. Strong relational and listening skills.

  3. Embodied understanding of Frozen Grief and Intrinsic Security principles.

  4. Capacity to co-lead groups and circles with compassion.

  5. A personal project or contribution to the Haven (e.g., garden, workshop, book, or film).

  6. Commitment to live in alignment with love, service, and truth.

Certification is a recognition of readiness, not a credential — a confirmation that the guide now lives what they teach.

🌺 OPENING YOUR OWN HEALING HAVEN

At this stage, the guide has integrated the inner and outer skills required to create a sanctuary of healing and connection.
They are now ready to open their own Healing Haven — a home, property, or space dedicated to love, safety, and transformation.

The Healing Haven Blueprint:

  • Two co-guides (ideally one man, one woman).

  • 1–3 guests living in residence for healing or training.

  • Daily rhythm of breathwork, meditation, sound, movement, and shared meals.

  • Donation or membership model to sustain operations.

  • Monthly open circles and community nights to share healing with the public.

Purpose:
To spread love-based sanctuaries across the world — places where loneliness is replaced by belonging, and frozen grief melts into joy.

💞 THE GRADUATE OATH OF THE LIFE GUIDE

“I vow to serve life through love.
I will listen deeply, act gently, and walk humbly.
I will remember that safety is grown through presence, and that every soul I meet is another spark of the same flame.
I will create spaces where others can remember what they never truly lost — their own light.”

🌅 CLOSING REFLECTION

When you embody love as your default setting,
When your presence becomes sanctuary for others,
When your daily life itself becomes the teaching —
You are ready.
You are home.
You are a Life Guide.
