This collection of 'Children's books for all ages' was created through collaboration. Reuben Berger did the writing and Michael Macfarlane created the images and the videos. Michael had started exploring creating illustrations since age 10.

Unfortunately, Michael has struggled with homeless since the age of 15.  He is a highly skilled musician and has years of experience working at Reaction Studio ~ a prestigious music studio in Toronto producing albums for groups like The Barenaked Ladies, and other well known artists.

​

He had experienced the 'Out of the Cold' program saying that although it was better than freezing on the streets, he wasn't so happy about being told to leave while it was still dark outside and minus 20. We came up with the name 'Into The Warmth' ~ a program that we envision will finally end the utter tragedy of homelessness.
