24 Hours of Connection & Care

Below is a 24-hour flexible schedule designed to balance structure with flow, activity with rest,

and communal engagement with solitude.

We also have a weekly schedule starting Saturday after sunset to Friday at sunset.

Our goal is to create a tone that feels alive, natural, and welcoming — emphasizing choice, balance, and belonging. 🌿

🌞 Healing Haven 24-Hour Rhythm

This is the suggested flow of our days at a Healing Haven.
It’s not about strict adherence, but about invitation ~ each person chooses what they feel called to. Some days you’ll rest more; others, you’ll move, sing, and share. All are welcome.

🌅 Morning: Awakening the Body & Soul

  • 6:30 a.m. — Sunrise Meditation or Nature Walk

  • 7:00 a.m. — Breathwork, Meditation & Movement (Yoga, Qi Gong, or Rebounding)

  • 8:00 a.m. — Breakfast & Morning Nourishment

  • 9:00 a.m. — Spiritual Teachings (daily reflection, reading, or group discussion)

  • 10:00 a.m. — Body Work Sessions (massage, reiki, or somatic healing)

🌞 Midday: Creation, Service & Connection

  • 11:00 a.m. — Creative Expression Sharing (art, music, writing, storytelling, dance)

  • 12:00 p.m. — Lunch (community meal prepared and enjoyed together)

  • 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. — Rest & Renewal Time

    • Designated sleep areas available for those who need extra rest

    • Quiet areas for reading, journaling, or meditation

🌿 Afternoon: Engagement & Growth

  • 3:00 p.m. — Executive Function Circles (planning, brainstorming, co-creating)

  • 4:00 p.m. — Service Projects (cleaning, firewood gathering, gardening, helping locals)

  • 5:00 p.m. — Other Studies of Interest & Relevance (rotating workshops: holistic health, emotional intelligence, communication skills, nature-based leadership)

🌅 Evening: Integration & Celebration

  • 6:00 p.m. — Dinner (shared meal, gratitude circle before eating)

  • 7:00 p.m. — Sauna & Cold Plunge (optional)

  • 8:00 p.m. — Sound Healing, Music Listening, or Guided Meditation

  • 9:00 p.m. — Fireside Sharing Circle 🔥

    • Open-ended space for stories, healing shares, and connection

    • This circle can flow as long as hearts are open — no rush, no clock

  • 11:00 p.m. — Quiet Hours / Deep Rest

🌙 Overnight: Silence & Sanctuary

  • 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. — Rest, Dream, Renew

    • Healing spaces remain open for late-night reflection, writing, or quiet prayer

    • Soft music and candlelight guide night wanderers back into stillness

  • Saturday at Sunset — Welcome Circle & Orientation

  • Friday before Sunset — Closing Gratitude Fire & Reflections

  • Sabbath (One Day Weekly) — Full Rest & Fasting Day (no programming — pure rest and stillness)

  • Saturday Night — Member Mingle & Dance (celebration, sharing from new members, music, joy)

  • Sunday Morning — Pancake Breakfast & Island Adventure Day 🏝️
