Below is a 24-hour flexible schedule designed to balance structure with flow, activity with rest,
and communal engagement with solitude.
We also have a weekly schedule starting Saturday after sunset to Friday at sunset.
Our goal is to create a tone that feels alive, natural, and welcoming — emphasizing choice, balance, and belonging. 🌿✨

This is the suggested flow of our days at a Healing Haven.
It’s not about strict adherence, but about invitation ~ each person chooses what they feel called to. Some days you’ll rest more; others, you’ll move, sing, and share. All are welcome.
🌅 Morning: Awakening the Body & Soul

6:30 a.m. — Sunrise Meditation or Nature Walk

7:00 a.m. — Breathwork, Meditation & Movement (Yoga, Qi Gong, or Rebounding)

8:00 a.m. — Breakfast & Morning Nourishment

9:00 a.m. — Spiritual Teachings (daily reflection, reading, or group discussion)

10:00 a.m. — Body Work Sessions (massage, reiki, or somatic healing)
🌞 Midday: Creation, Service & Connection

11:00 a.m. — Creative Expression Sharing (art, music, writing, storytelling, dance)

12:00 p.m. — Lunch (community meal prepared and enjoyed together)

1:00 – 3:00 p.m. — Rest & Renewal Time

5:00 p.m. — Other Studies of Interest & Relevance (rotating workshops: holistic health, emotional intelligence, communication skills, nature-based leadership)
