The Fourth Space ~ Meditation

We all experience waking, sleeping and dreaming however many do not experience the fourth space ~ meditation ~ which is an essential component to finding inner stillness and peace of mind. A daily meditation practice, will enhance the other three spaces.
Meditation really does provide a unique space—a sort of inner stillness—that complements the other three states of consciousness: waking, sleeping, and dreaming. When practiced daily, it can deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us, while helping us access a more peaceful, centered state of mind. It's almost like meditation creates a bridge, allowing us to bring a sense of calm and clarity into our waking life, while also improving the quality of our sleep and dreams.
Meditation has been scientifically proven to decrease the size of your amygdala, which is the part of your brain responsible for feeling anxiety and fear. The more you meditate, the less physically capable you are of feeling stress.
